PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress bedding set for prone positions in which a prone position posture can be comfortably maintained from going to bed to getting up.SOLUTION: A mattress bedding set for prone positions is provided that includes a pillow part 1, a mattress part 2, and a chest aid tool 3 mounted on the mattress part 2 to support the chest of a user in a prone position posture. The pillow part 1 includes, in a plan view, a forehead part 1A capable of supporting a forehead of the user, a cheek part 1B capable of supporting cheeks, an eyeball groove 1C capable of accepting both eyes, and a nose/mouth groove 1D capable of accepting a nose and a mouth. The eyeball groove 1C and the nose/mouth groove 1D are brought into communication with each other to form a single exhalation diffusion part penetrating through the pillow part 1 in the thickness direction, and the nose/mouth groove 1D is opened at the jaw side of the user. |
