<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component inspection device whose measuring terminals can be washed without stopping an inspection process and always can be maintained in a clean state.SOLUTION: An electronic component inspection device has multiple pockets 111 into which electronic components 160 are individually inserted, and includes multiple plates 110 having electrode patterns 112, each of which is situated between the pockets; a pair of measuring terminals 120 that is situated above the plates 110 and alternately touched by the electronic components 160 and the electrode patterns 112; a measuring device 130 that is selectively and electrically connected to the measuring terminals 120; voltage impression means 140 that is electrically connected to the measuring terminals 120 in a selective manner; the measuring terminals 120; and a switch 150 that is driven so that a circuit connection with the measuring device 130 or the voltage impression means 140 is selectively formed.</p> |
