PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement type compressor which unfailingly supplies an oil to a sliding surface of a thrust bearing supporting an axial force of a rotation shaft when a load varies and thereby achieves high reliability.SOLUTION: A displacement type compressor includes: an electric element provided in a closed vessel; a rotation shaft; a scroll compression element; a first support frame which rotationally supports the rotation shaft; a second support frame which rotationally supports a lower end part of the rotation shaft; and an oil storage part of a lubrication oil. The displacement type compressor sends the lubrication oil to each slide part through an oil supply vertical hole which is provided penetrating through the rotation shaft. The second support frame includes a journal bearing and a thrust bearing. A first oil supply passage which supplies the lubrication oil in the oil storage part from the oil supply vertical hole to a sliding surface of the journal bearing or the rotation shaft through a first oil supply lateral hole formed in a radial direction, and a second oil supply passage for supplying the oil which has passed through the first oil supply passage to sliding surfaces of the thrust bearing and the rotation shaft are provided so as to open on the sliding surface of the thrust bearing or a rotation shaft end surface.
