PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance of a tube pump by achieving both of high shape precision and high rigidity of an inner wall surface of a casing.SOLUTION: A tube pump comprises: a case having a cylindrical first side wall; a base having a cylindrical second side wall; an elastic tube arranged along an inner peripheral surface of the first side wall in a circular arc form; and a roller turning along the inner peripheral surface of the first side wall while squeezing the elastic tube between the inner peripheral surface of the first side wall and it. When the case is attached to the base, the first side wall is coaxially stored in a hollow part of the second side wall with a substantially no gap. |
