PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and lightweight image heating device with a small number of components, which is capable of giving a necessary tensile force to a belt member.SOLUTION: A bearing 133 and a bearing 134 are housed in a bearing holding member 206 so as to be taken out. When heating roller fixing members 207a and 207b are fixed to the bearing holding member 206, the bearing 133 is tightly held, and the bearing 134 is loosely held. A pressurizing member 301 is arranged between the bearing 133 and the bearing 134, and the bearing 133 and the bearing 134 are energized in a direction in which a distance between the shafts of the first heating roller 103 and the second heating roller 104 is enlarged. The pressurizing member 301 is constituted of a coil spring, and one end of the coil spring is butted to the bearing 133, and the other end is butted to the bearing 134. The elastic member 303 allows the intermediate part in the direction of expansion and contraction of the pressurizing member 301 to be restricted by a cylindrical wall 302 such that the movement of the pressurizing member 301 in the cylindrical wall 302 as one example in a cylindrical member is regulated. |
