PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source for lighting which inhibits deformation of a globe when the light source is turned on.SOLUTION: A light source for lighting includes: an LED module 20; a globe 10 which has an opening 11 and covers the LED module 20; a support base 30 which supports the LED module 20; and a buffer member (an adhesive 90) which is provided between the opening 11 and the support base 30. The globe 10 is fixed to the support base 30 through the buffer member.
