PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load-applying device capable of applying a load to a fuel cell stack by absorbing reduction deformation of a cell stack length, without using a spring, and to provide the fuel cell stack with the load-applying device.SOLUTION: A load-applying device 1 comprises: a stack case 10 for accommodating a cell stack 2; a pair of displacement following parts 11 which are provided oppositely to an upper end portion of the stack case 10, of which the proximal end side is mounted to the upper end portion in a vertically turnable manner and the distal end side is disposed towards the inside of the case; a suspension part 12 including a lower plate 121 suspended from a middle portion of the pair of displacement following parts 11 and an upper plate 123 placed in an upper portion of the cell stack 2; and a pressing plate 13 of which a top face is brought into contact with the displacement following parts 11 and a bottom face is brought into contact with the upper plate 123 inside of the case rather than a suspending position 120 of the suspension part 12. In a fuel cell stack 3 with the load-applying device, a load can be applied in a cell stacking direction by using the load-applying device 1. |
