PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel production method capable of producing a steering wheel at lower costs and maintaining a shape of a heater wire in a long term.SOLUTION: An inside coating part 20 is formed by filling liquid resin material 35 in an inside coating part molding tool 31 in which a heater wire 21 and a core grid 15a are disposed. Then, a rim part is formed by forming an outside coating part by coating the inside coating part 20 including the heater wire 21. The heater wire 21 can be surely fixed to the inside coating part 20 with less number of manhours, and a steering wheel including the heater wire 21 on the rim part can be produced at lower costs. In addition, a shape of the heater wire 21 is surely maintained in a long term. |
