PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a paint excellent in storage stability, water resistance and rust prevention and capable of forming a coating film without loss and uniform in a component and thickness; a painted article obtained by painting the paint to an object to be painted and excellent in corrosion resistance; and a method for manufacturing the paint.SOLUTION: Paint painted on a coating film or plating film including zinc comprises: aluminum; a silicate; a silane compound; a surfactant; and water. The silane compound preferably includes: an alkyl group; a phenyl group; a halo alkyl group having some or all of hydrogen atoms substituted with halogen atoms; and a hydrolyzable silicon group in a molecule.
