PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape usable as a dicing tape, capable of uniformly expanding in a machine direction and a transverse direction.SOLUTION: An adhesive tape includes an adhesive layer on one surface of a base material. A dynamic friction force against an SUS430BA plate measured at an outermost layer surface on an opposite side of the adhesive layer with regard to the base material is less than 10.0 N at temperature of 23°C and humidity of 50%. |
