摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: since a conventional carbon nanotube is mostly bonded to other base material to form a composite material, the quality of the base material cannot be changed without the addition of the carbon nanotube, or the practical application only with the carbon nanotube cannot be achieved until the carbon nanotube is added to the base material.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a manufacturing method for carbon nanotube bulk material with a rigid structure, including the steps of: mixing a plurality of carbon nanotubes with a polymer material to form a preformed body; subjecting the preformed body to a hot-pressing process to obtain a formed body; and performing a carbonization process on the formed body so as to remove the polymer material in the formed body and leave a plurality of pores inside the formed body for forming a carbon nanotube bulk material with a rigid structure. By this way, the carbon nanotube bulk material manufactured by the present invention has a three-dimensional rigid structure, thereby being suitably used in electric conducting material, heat conducting material, electromagnetic wave shielding material or structure material directly.</p>
