<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluoro resin coating structure which is metal-free and allows inspection of pinholes even though the substrate has a non-conductive surface, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a fluororesin coating structure comprising a substrate and first and second layers disposed on the substrate, the method comprising: a first step of forming a conductive first layer on a substrate having a non-conductive surface; and a second step of forming a second layer on the first layer, wherein the second layer is formed of a fluororesin, and no metal is contained in the first layer and the second layer.</p> |
