PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device capable of properly monitoring a monitoring object independently from an alarm history and an operation history. ! SOLUTION: The monitoring device includes: a monitoring tag extraction section 11 which extracts a monitoring tag allocated to display information; a past data storage section 12 which stores a monitoring data value related to the monitoring tag per point of time; a feature tag input section 13 which inputs a feature tag determining a speed to replay a monitoring screen on the basis of the monitoring data value; a replay speed determination section 14 which determines a replay speed of the monitoring screen in a specified time on the basis of the extracted monitoring tag, a monitoring data value at each point of time related to the monitoring tag and the feature tag; and a replay control section 15 which controls a replay operation of the monitoring screen according to the replay speed. !
