PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of a storage measure for storing sediment even under specific installation environment. ! SOLUTION: A storage measure 21 has storage parts 21a and 21b. When sediment from a funnel provided in an upper part of the storage measure 21 is gradually stored in the storage part 21a, at a certain point, the storage measure 21 itself rotatingly moves, so that the storage part 21b is changed into a state of storing sediment, and concurrently, the sediment is discharged from the storage part 21a. Whenever the storage measure 21 rotatingly moves, a detection unit 25 detects passage of a magnet 35. The magnet 35 is fixed to a body of the storage measure 21 via a protrusion 34.
