PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunroof fitting adjusting device which enables positioning of a sunroof panel to a body roof in the height direction and in the width direction using one device. ! SOLUTION: A sunroof fitting adjusting device 4 comprises: slide rails 7A, 7B fitted to a body roof 2; sunroof frames 8A, 8B fitted to a sunroof panel 3; and brackets 9A, 9B for connecting the slide rails 7A, 7B and the sunroof frames 8A, 8B to each other. Springs 14A, 14B are interposed between the vertical parts 12 of the brackets 9A, 9B and the slide rails 7A, 7B. The side rails 7A, 7B and the respective vertical parts 12 are fastened to each other by bolts 10A, 10B. The sunroof frames 8A, 8B and the inclined parts 13 of the brackets 9A, 9B are fastened to each other by bolts 11A, 11B.
