PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezer which effectively subcools a refrigerant discharged from a condenser thereby improving the operation efficiency of a refrigerant circuit.SOLUTION: A freezer 1 includes: compressors 2, 3 which form a refrigerant circuit R; a condenser 21 which condenses a refrigerant discharged from the compressors; a receiver tank 23 which stores the liquid refrigerant discharged from the compressors; a subcooler 19 which is attached to the condenser and subcools the liquid refrigerant discharged from the receiver tank; injection circuits 46, 47 which brach the refrigerant discharged from the condenser, decompress the refrigerant by throttle valves 53, 54, and then return the refrigerant to an intermediate pressure part of the compressor; and subcooling heat exchangers 61, 62 which evaporate the refrigerant decompressed by the throttle valves thereby subcooling the refrigerant in the main stream. The refrigerant discharged from the subcooler is flowed to the subcooling heat exchangers as the refrigerant in the main stream. |
