PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-proof mortar being a material used for fire-proofness of a tunnel, having: heat shock resistance; wear resistance required for cleaning the tunnel; excellent freeze-thaw resistance for buildings and steel structures; and a hardening density of 1200 Kg/m3 or less, preferably 500-1000 Kg/m3.SOLUTION: A composition comprises 45-70 wt.% of a cement bond, 8-20 wt.% of a calcite, 8-20 wt.% of a mica, 0-5 wt.% of a xonotlite, 0.1-20 wt.% of an expanded perlite, 0.1-10 wt.% of a fiber, 0.01-2 wt.% of an air entraining agent and foaming agent and 0.01-4 wt.% of a processing aid. |
