摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent light diffusion body having little wavelength dependence of a light diffusing performance in a visible light region, and to provide a transmissive screen having less color irregularity using the transparent light diffusion body.SOLUTION: The transparent light diffusion body comprises a high refractive index nanoparticle composite body which is a high refractive index nanoparticle-nanocomposite including high refractive index nanoparticles dispersed in a dispersion medium, the high refractive index nanoparticle-nanocomposite containing a material of the same nature as the dispersion medium or a material similar to the dispersion medium, and having an average size of 40 to 4000 nm. The transparent light diffusion body comprises the high refractive index nanoparticle composite body having 1 to less than 50% relative standard deviation of diameters of the high refractive index nanoparticle composite body. The transparent light diffusion body comprises the high refractive index nanoparticle composite body having 0.2 to 40 wt.% content of the high refractive index nanoparticles. The transparent light diffusion body comprises the high refractive index nanoparticle composite body in which a proportion of particles occupying an image viewing field is 1 to 50%. Further, the transparent light diffusion has 0.2 to 40 wt.% content of the high refractive index particles and is formed into a thin layer having a thickness of 0.2 to 400 μm, which is suitable for given purposes.
