PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device that ensures sealability and, at the same time, makes it difficult to cause partial collection of heat.SOLUTION: A second electrode layer is higher in conductivity than a first electrode layer. Near a corner in a light non-emission area 31, an isolation part 35 is present, which is isolated as a result of continuous removal of the first electrode layer 3. An inorganic sealing layer 7 and a first conductive member 12 are present on an organic EL element 20. The inorganic EL element 20 in the light emitting area 30 is sealed by the inorganic sealing layer 7. Part of the second electrode layer 6 in the light non-emission area 31 forms an exposure part 42 exposed from the non-organic sealing layer 7. The exposure part 42 is fixed to the isolation part 35. The first conductive member 12 is provided on the entire light emission area 30. The first conductive member 12 is connected to the exposure part 42 on a projection surface in the thickness direction of the isolated part 35. |
