<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a possibility that information on a device satisfying needs of a user can be provided by automatically generating a virtual device in accordance with the needs of the user.SOLUTION: The device information providing system is configured to: compare an output requirement included in a search requirement of a user with an output requirement of each process module, and thereby extract a process module capable of obtaining a desired output result designated by the search requirement from a process module DB; compare an input requirement of the extracted process module with an output requirement of each device, and thereby extract one or a plurality of devices having an output usable as an input of the extracted process module from a device DB; generate a virtual device consisting of a combination of the extracted one or plurality of devices and the extracted process module; and provide information on the virtual device to the user as a search result.</p> |
