<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production data creation device and a production data creation method capable of ensuring consistency of the production data for inspection and the production data for mounting component, when a master substrate consisting of a plurality of individual substrates is an object.SOLUTION: With reference to first production data created previously for inspection work, and second production data prepared previously for component mounting work, a plurality of pairs of electronic component having the same arrangement position information indicating the arrangement of individual substrates 5 in a carrier 4 and component identification information indicating the component ID in the individual substrates 5 are extracted. On the basis of the comparison results of the mounting coordinate of a pair of two electronic components, a determination is made whether or not the integrity of arrangement position of the individual substrates 5 in the first production data and second production data is right.</p> |
