<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control system of an electric vehicle that has been improved to ensure high safety and reliability in vehicle travel by combining fail-safe control functions of a control system.SOLUTION: A motor control system of an electric vehicle has a vehicle comprehensive control unit 1, an inverter control type motor control unit 3, and a trunk bus line 5 for signal communications which links the vehicle comprehensive control unit 1 and motor control unit 3, which are mounted in a vehicle, and allows the motor control unit 3 to receive a torque command outputted from the vehicle comprehensive control unit 1 through the bus line 5 to control the drive of a travel motor 2. The motor control system 1 further includes, as input means for giving a running command to the motor control unit 3, means for inputting a running command from a running operation panel 10, and means for inputting a running command from a running replacement unit 11, aside from the vehicle comprehensive control unit 1, and controls the drive of the travel motor in predefined priority selection order for the pieces of input means.</p> |
