PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for evacuation, for allowing more people to safely take refuge on the occurrence of a flood, tsunami, or the like. ! SOLUTION: A structure for evacuation 1 includes: a body part 10 which is a cylindrical body continuing in a lateral direction; and an evacuation tower 20 which is a cylindrical body erected at an end of the body part 10. The inside of the body part 10 is divided into an upper space and a lower space by an intermediate floor 15, a first evacuation opening connecting the upper space and the lower space is formed in the intermediate floor 15, a doorway 30 allowing entry to and exit from the lower space from and to the outside is formed in the body part 10 below the intermediate floor 15, and a second evacuation opening 32 connecting the evacuation tower 20 and the body part 10 is formed at the lower end of the evacuation tower 20. !
