PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power line carrier communication terminal and a meter-reading terminal, capable of transmitting data with reduced probability of interference with a packet generated using another communication method in which the same frequency band is used.SOLUTION: A master unit 1, a slave unit 2 and a controller 3, constituting the power line carrier communication terminal, transmit a basic packet having added transmission data, and if the transmission of the basic packet fails, generate a plurality of divided packets each having added division data obtained by dividing the transmission data into plurality, so as to transmit each of the divided packets as retransmission. |
