PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse jet type dust collector which automatically and frequently cleans a filter disposed in the control panel of the pulse jet type dust collector.SOLUTION: A pulse jet type dust collector brushes off accumulated dust with a pulse jet by causing a pulse jet to act on a filter bag 1 from a manifold 4 communicating with a header pipe 2 through an air valve 3. This pulse jet type dust collector includes an air valve 3, a solenoid valve 7 connected to the air valve 3, and a control panel 10. The air valve 3 is opened and closed with the solenoid valve 7. The control panel 10 includes: an exhaust heat fan 13, an ambient air introduction port 14, and a filter 15 for removing dust in the ambient air having flown from the ambient air introduction port 14. The solenoid valve 7 is attached to the side of the filter 15 in the control panel 10. When the air valve 3 is opened, compressed air is discharged out of the solenoid valve 7. The compressed air is sprayed onto the filter 15. |
