PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reproducing the emergency content in real time as much as possible in a content distribution system in a pull system capable of reducing an introduction cost and an operation cost.SOLUTION: In a digital signage system 1, two states are defined which are a normal state in which a client device 100 downloads and reproduces the normal content from a distribution server 200 at a periodic timing, and an emergency state in which the client terminal 100 downloads and reproduces the emergency content from the distribution server 200 regardless of the timing. When the client device 100 receives an emergency trigger signal in the normal state, the digital signage system 1 shifts from the normal state to the emergency state. |
