PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a warning by quickly and surely determining abnormality such as a fire on the basis of a temperature as the local observation value of a monitoring area and smoke density as the overall observation value of the monitoring area.SOLUTION: A warning unit 100-1 with a smoke detection part is disposed in a predetermined monitoring area A, and one or more temperature measurement chips 10-11 to 10-14 are disposed in the same monitoring area A. The warning unit 100-1 is configured to detect abnormality from smoke density as the overall observation value of the monitoring area A, and to output a fire warning. Temperature measurement chips 10-11 to 10-14 are disposed in the predetermined local areas of the monitoring area A, and configured to, when detecting the abnormality from temperatures as the observation values of local areas A1 to A4, transmit an abnormality detection signal to the warning unit 100-1, and to output the fire warning. |
