PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition capable of being sintered at low temperature, attaining a low relative dielectric constant, having excellent other characteristics (relative density, insulation resistance, etc.), being simultaneously sintered with a different material and suppressing diffusion of Ag into an element body when an internal electrode is formed.SOLUTION: A dielectric ceramic composition is constituted of a principal component containing a SiO-KO-BObased glass of 40-65 wt.% and a quartz of 35-50 wt.%, and an amorphous silica of the remainder. As accessory components, an alumina of 1.5-4 wt.% and a KO-MO-SiO-BObased glass (MO is at least either CaO or SrO) of 5-20 wt.% is included to the principal component of 100 wt.%. |
