PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems of a prior art laser array light source that since the interval between lasers of each channel is very narrow in a down-sized laser array chip, electrical crosstalk and thermal crosstalk are large between adjacent channels, that since the substrate of a laser array chip has a resistance of non-negligible value, and a substantially common impedance exists between each laser device and the chip bottom surface, a device current incident to operation of each channel has an impact on the laser device ground of other channel, and the ground potential varies depending on the operation state of other channel, and that the oscillation wavelength varies due to thermal isolation shortage.SOLUTION: A new ground path of the laser device of each channel is formed by forming a ground electrode so as to surround and separate each laser device of a laser array light source, and forming electrical connection with the ground of one or more substrate constituting the laser array light source. |
