PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a credit card issue examination system sufficient to utilize a function of a multifunctional portable telephone device and the like.SOLUTION: The multifunctional portable telephone device comprises: a monitor that displays an image; imaging means that photographs a driving license, prepares driving licensee data having at least kanji character name data on a driving licensee, and transmits the driving licensee data to a central processing unit; and a main storage section that stores attribute data on an owner of a multifunctional portable telephone device at least including the kanji character name data on the owner of the multifunctional portable telephone device. An application memory is also included. A central arithmetic circuit downloads a user authentication application from the outside to an application storage section, collates the kanji character name data on the driving licensee with the kanji character name data on the owner of the multifunctional portable telephone device by using the user authentication application and, when these data coincide with each other, prepares coincidence data and, when these data are different from each other, prepares non-coincidence data. |
