PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for a tariff postponement guarantee procedure by using an electronic recording credit and a system.SOLUTION: A system 103 connected to an importer terminal 101 and an electronic credit recording institution system 107 includes means of: receiving an occurrence recording claim of an electronic recording credit from the importer terminal; generating and storing temporary storage data on the basis of the occurrence recording claim; receiving an import permission date and a preregistered pledge number from the importer terminal; setting the import permission date as the occurrence date, generating and storing occurrence recording claim data from the temporary storage data; and referring to preregistered pledge information on the basis of the pledge number and transmitting the stored occurrence recording claim data to the electronic credit recording institution system when the money amount included in the occurrence recording claim is acceptable. |
