PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of specifying an insertion position of a compaction machine for a proper compaction time, while rotating a PDCA cycle based on data on a compaction position/a compaction time/an insertion interval/a placing position of an improper place, by easily and surely inspecting a concrete surface after frame separation, even in placing work of general concrete by using a vibrator.SOLUTION: The vibrator is provided with a recorder having a GPS device as position information detection means, and when starting compaction in a place for compacting for a specific time, a recording button on the recorder is turned on, and when moving to the other compaction place after finishing the compaction, the recording button is turned off, and time up to OFF from ON is recorded as a compaction time, and the GPS device is provided in a tip position of a concrete placing hose, and ON-OFF of the GPS device is interlocked with a concrete discharge button of a pump vehicle operating remote controller, and a concrete placing position is recorded on a placement recording drawing together with a compaction position. |
