PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a graphic plate taking advantage of irregular reflection of glass cullet. ! SOLUTION: Glass or a double-sided adhesive tape is used as a base material. A casing-like bank is provided on the base material. Color-coded glass cullet is infilled into a space designed and demarcated by a separating band with a given width and height, which is provided inside it.
