PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable duster which is made disposable by making the tuft made of paper and which facilitates attachment/detachment of the throwaway tuft to/from the handle for consumers. ! SOLUTION: Paper or the like is shredded into fine strips and, by leaving a part unshredded, the strips are shaped continuously handleable. A frame is installed in one end of a handle, with the frame provided with projections or fabricated to form edges. The paper or the like is folded up or wound and inserted into the frame, folded back with the frame in-between using the projections or the frame or at the position of the edges, and fastened to the frame by binding the frame side portion of the paper or the like by means of a fine wire or the like.
