The present invention relates to an apparatus for mud-roasting a duck, in which the duck is coated with mud and then roasted. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a case including adiabatic walls formed in all directions, a space part for baking a duck inside the adiabatic walls, a receiving groove formed in both inner walls, an outlet for discharging pressure provided at an upper portion, a guide hole provided at one side of a lower portion to treat the burned wood ash, and a through hole formed above the guide hole; an outlet pipe installed at the outlet of the case and having a pressure adjusting valve; a shelf mounted on the receiving groove of the case; a heat collecting plate part installed at the bottom surface of the center of the shelf; and a temperature controlling unit installed at the bottom end inside the case. The heat collecting plate part is composed of: a heat collecting member connected to the bottom surface of the center of the shelf; a pair of connecting members connected to the bottom surface of the heat collecting member; and a plurality of heat inducing members installed at the bottom surfaces of the pair of connecting members to induce and guide heat in all directions. According to the present invention, in order to roast a duck, the heat collecting plate is installed at the bottom surface of the center of the shelf, which is installed inside the adiabatic walls of the case. Thus, the heat generated from a tree raw material is guided by inducing parts of the heat inducing members constituting the heat collecting plate, and then collected at a lower space part in the heat collecting member. Then, the collected high-temperature heat runs against a wing part of the heat collecting member, thereby preventing upward movement of ash and soot, which are generated while trees are burned. In addition, the high-temperature heat rising from below runs against the wing part to induce a more effective convention current, and thus rises above inside the adiabatic walls, thereby uniformly delivering heat to a pottery containing the duck. |
