PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct advance/turn determination device improved in accuracy determination as to whether it is during direct advance or during a turn.SOLUTION: A direct advance/turn determination device includes direct advance/turn determination means determining whether a motorcycle is during direct advance or a turn by comparison between a threshold value and a rotational speed comparison value that is a value obtained by comparing between a rotational speed of a front wheel and a rotational speed of a rear wheel. The direct advance/turn determination means uses, as an in-direct-advance rotational speed comparison value, the rotational speed comparison value in a state that a vehicle speed is a first prescribed speed or less, that an absolute value of a vehicle acceleration is a prescribed acceleration or less, and that a turn indicator does not operate, and when a ratio or a difference between the rotational speed comparison value and the in-direct-advance rotational speed comparison value becomes larger than the threshold value, the direct advance/turn determination means determines that the motorcycle is during the turn. |
