The cleaning sheet 100 includes a base part 120 and a first fiber assembly jointed to the base part 120. The method includes a process in which application of tension to the first fiber assembly is cancelled, and the fiber stretched by the tension is shrunk, and thereby a protrusion region 120L is formed on the base part 120. |
