PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground improvement attachment and a ground improvement construction method, comparatively inexpensively realizable by using a hydraulic excavator, and capable of comparatively easily executing ground improvement work even in a narrow place.SOLUTION: An auger rotational driving device 20 is installed in an arm 11 of the hydraulic excavator. An upper part of a casing 22 is provided with a ground improvement material introduction part 28 for introducing a ground improvement material into the casing 22. In a state of removing the casing 22 from a frame 20a of the auger rotational driving device 20, boring is executed by joining the casing 22 to a screw auger 21. Afterwards, the casing 22 is removed from the screw auger 21, and is joined to the frame 20a of the auger rotational driving device 20, and the ground improvement material is inputted from the introduction part 28, and the screw auger 21 is reversed, and while compacting and filling the ground improvement material, the auger rotational driving device 20 is pulled up by operation of the arm 11 and a boom 9. |
