PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that: conventionally, there is a hinge device in which a waterproof plate is divided in a girder direction and the waterproof plate is raised/brought down by three air pressure cylinders, the waterproof plate being pivoted in a base member so as to be stored; meanwhile, a structure using an inventive pivoting mechanism of a waterproof door as a hinge device with a cam plate or a pressure accumulation tank structure managing folding operation of a support lever is not sufficient and has room for improvement.SOLUTION: A waterproof door of a storage chamber is raised by a door raising/falling-down device, its raising is supported by an auxiliary erection device, and a gateway is closed. In a hinge device, a cam plate pivoted to a first shaft provided in the waterproof door and a second shaft provided in the cam plate are pivoted to a base end of the waterproof door, the first shaft is provided in the vicinity of a bottom surface of a storage chamber, the second shaft is provided in the vicinity of a top plate part of the storage chamber, and the second shaft moves along a movable locus of the base end of the waterproof door when the cam plate and the waterproof door move with the first shaft as a fulcrum. |
