PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new insert technology also serving as a spacer, capable of improving an aesthetic appearance of a concrete finish wall surface, by preventing an unnecessary concrete coating film and stain of an insert installing place, by surely preventing concrete milk from infiltrating between a form panel and the insert installing surface, while reducing installation work manhours.SOLUTION: The spacer 1 also serving as an insert is composed of a spacer body 2 having a barrel part 5 erected on a seat board part 3, a suspension hole 32 vertically penetrating through the center of the seat board part 3, reinforcing bodies 6, 6, etc. erected in a plurality of places around the periphery of the barrel part 5 and integrated with guide parts 60, 60, etc. and a damming-up ring 4 for surrounding the centrifugal side of an under surface 31 of the seat board part 3 and a column nut 7 having a column body part 70, a support head part 71 provided on the upper end of the column body part 70 and a female screw part 72 provided on the lower end, in which the column body part 70 can be combined with the barrel part 5. |
