SOLUTION: The transmission circuit control apparatus includes: a measurement value collection section (32) that collects a combination of a substrate temperature detected by a temperature sensor (24) and an output power of a transmission circuit detected by a detection circuit section (23); a tilt calculation section (33) that calculates a tilt of a change in a power level with regards to a set power of an output power and a change in the substrate temperature; and a table generating section (34) that generates a temperature correction table on the basis of the calculated tilt. !
