A manufacturing method for an organic light emitting display device according to an aspect of the present invention includes the steps of: forming a base electrode layer on a substrate divided into a plurality of sub-pixels; forming a first photoresist pattern on the base electrode layer; etching the base electrode layer exposed by the first photoresist pattern; forming a second photoresist pattern by removing the first photoresist pattern by a predetermined thickness; etching the base electrode layer exposed by the second photoresist pattern; removing the photoresist layers; and forming a common electrode layer including a single transparent layer in every sub-pixel area. |
