A disclosed technique relates to an online management and maintenance technique capable of managing and maintaining a remote monitoring system. The online management and maintenance system for managing a remote monitoring system according to the disclosed technique comprises a camera which photographs an image; a monitoring system which recognizes and monitors an object in the image by receiving the image photographed in the camera, transmits the image and recognition result information to a remote management system, and updates the corresponding system when receiving update information from the remote management system; and a management system which analyzes recognition errors based on the image and the recognition result information received from the monitoring system, generates the update information based on the error analysis information, and transmits the generated update information to the monitoring system. |
