The present invention deodorizes malodors generated in high-concentration wastewater and waste treatment plant, and manufactures liquid fertilizer using wastewater generated in the process. More specifically, a method to manufacture liquid fertilizer using an apparatus to deodorize malodor gas comprises the steps of: pretreating malodor gas by passing malodor gas generated in the storage tanks of livestock wastewater treatment plants, food wastewater treatment plants and wastewater treatment plants, dehydrating processes thereof, and other malodor-generating sources, through a pretreatment washing tower, thus removing foreign materials; pulverizing the malodor gas, which has had the foreign materials removed in the pretreatment process, into microbubbles using a microbubble generator; inputting the malodor gas, which has been pulverized into microbubbles by the microbubble generator, into a deodorizing and high-purity liquid fertilizer manufacturing apparatus while spouting the malodor gas into a diffuser; deodorizing the malodor gas and manufacturing liquid fertilizer by repeatedly circulating washing water using a circulation pump and spraying the washing water to the nozzle of a distribution pipe while passing the malodor gas, which has been input into the deodorizing and high-purity liquid fertilizer manufacturing apparatus by an ion exchange resin-filled polling layer; and manufacturing solid fertilizer by concentrating and drying the liquid fertilizer, which has been manufactured in the deodorizing process, via a membrane (R/O membrane). |
