The present invention provides to a DNA marker for producing a Capsicum annuum genetic linkage map developed using an intraspecific group of Capsicum annuum, and a primer set capable of amplifying the DNA marker. The DNA marker and the primer set are used for producing a high-density genetic linkage map of Capsicum annuum, and can be used for molecular breeding. |
