The present invention relates to a low-noise room unit, and more specifically, to a low-noise room unit which is included in an end of a duct line of a building or an air conditioning system of a large vessel to flow conditioned air into an indoor space. A spherical or conical damper is arranged on a rear end of an air inlet to ensure smooth air flow by preventing the turbulence of the air from being drawn in and to reduce the flow noises.
