An epoxy resin composite according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises triazine derivative epoxy compounds, siloxane compounds including an alicyclic epoxy group and a siloxane group, and a hardening agent, whereby 10 to 70 parts by weight of the siloxane group is included in 100 parts by weight of the siloxane compounds. As such, the composite having excellent thermal resistance, light resistance, and humidity resistance and outstanding adhesion to silicon and able to be semi-solidified can be obtained.
