The present invention relates to an apparatus for preparing an amphiphilic pattern and to a method for preparing the same. The apparatus for preparing an amphiphilic pattern comprises: a cylindrical cylinder; a light source arranged inside the cylindrical cylinder; a mask having a pattern layer arranged on an outside surface of the cylindrical cylinder; and a processing unit which processes the pattern on a substrate made by the mask. Thus, an antifouling effect can be maximized.
