The present invention provides a Hi-pass system using a mobile terminal and a Hi-pass terminal and a settlement method thereof. The Hi-pass system using a mobile terminal and a Hi-pass terminal according to an aspect of the present invention includes a fare collection system which is installed in the entrance and exit of a toll road, transmits and receives road usage information, and settles the fare based on the information; and the mobile terminal and the Hi-pass terminal which mutually transmit and receive the stored road usage information through noncontact communications by receiving and storing the road usage information. |
