Provided is a portable exercise apparatus comprising: a first case (11) having an inner space formed therein and having a first groove (111) formed in the middle of a lower part; a second case (12) arranged to face the first case (11) and having a second groove (121) formed at an upper part; a rotating resistor (13) having an upper part (131) and a lower part (132) combined with the first groove (111) and the second groove (121), respectively, wherein the upper part (131) can rotate around the lower part (132); a display part (14) combined with the upper part of the first case (11); a printed circuit board (15) electrically connected to the display part (14) and combined inside the first case (11); and a power source part (16) electrically connected to the printed circuit board (15). |
